Try to use a greater variety of vocabulary to describe trends as well as use different ways to describe satisfaction.
Remember to refer to the table.
Try not to repeat terms (such as 'office furniture'). use pronouns or 'this aspect' instead.
Furniture, equipment, (no's')
Size of the pantry - what will be your solution to this? Remember your solutions have to be realistic and practicable.
You need to expand on the implications a little.

1. Findings

1.1 Profit Trend by mojo in Singapore and Hong Kong

1.1.1 Mid 1990s
According to figure 1, the profits by mojo in Singapore were increasing from 1994 to 1995 before they levelled off at about 50 millions dollars until 1996 bacause of the newly introduced taxation policy in early 1990s. The profits by mojo in Hong Kong grew steadily from 1994 to 1997 and reached the same level of profits as in Singapore in 1996 and finally reached a peak in 1997. This was likely due to the pre-handover boom in Hong Kong which favoured the garment industry.

1.1.2 Late 1990s
Profits in Singapore fell gradually from 1996 to 1998 and bottomed out at about 30 millions dollars until 1999. This might be bacause there was intense competition from Malaysia during mid/late 1990s.The profits in Hong Kong dropped sharply from 1997 and hit a trough in 1999. It seemed that the post-handover depression had affected the Hong Kong economy as well as the garment industry.

1.1.3 Late 1990s to Early 2000s
There was a steady decline in profits in Singapore from 1999 to 2001 while the profits in Hong Kong rebounded after the trough in 1999 and rose significantly until 2001. The reason for this was the rapid growth of the China market which favoured the Hong Kong economy but worsened the Singapore economy.

1.2 Satisfaction with working conditions

1.2.1 Introduction
The senior staff are generally more satisfied with the working conditions than the junior staff. Three problems have been identified through this survey.

1.2.2 Office Furniture
Regarding the offie furniture, under a half of the junior staff were satisfied with the office furniture while three quarters of senior staff were satisfied. It seems that the senior staff are more likely to meet with the VIPs or privileged customers hence requires a high demand on high quality furnitures than junior staff. The effect of this might be the low morale and working initiatives among the junior staff.

1.2.3 Equipment
Concerning the equipment, just a quarter of junior staff were satisfied with the equipment while nearly three quarters of senior staff were satisfied. A possible explaination for this is the higher population of junior staff which increase the rate of obsolescene of equipments. This can lead to a decrease in working efficiency of the company.

1.2.4 Pantry
Referring to the pantry, just a half of both senior and junior staff were satisfied with the pantry. It seems that the size and equipments of the pantry were not large enough to accomodate all staff. A result of this is the higher number of staff to go out for lunch and become more stressed due to hurrying.
